One Tree Hill. One of the fastest growing television shows on air today. For all of you people who, for some reason, don't watch One Tree Hill, here is the scoop. The show takes place in Tree Hill, North Carolina where halfbrothers Lucas and Nathan live. You see, Lucas and Nathan share the same father, but they have different mothers. The father is Dan Scott, a mean, selfcentered man who owns a car dealership. Lucas' mother, Karen, met Dan in high school and together they had Lucas. Soon after, however, Dan left Karen for Deb, Nathan's mother. Dan, Deb, and Nathan have the high life while Karen and Lucas are stuck in the gutter. There was a lot of tension between brothers Lucas and Nathan, but they learned to get over them and they became friends. Lucas' best friend, Haley, began to tutor Nathan in season one. Before they knew it, they were falling in love and got married. Haley, however, was coming into a new music career and she left Nathan to pursue it. Also, Brooke and Peyton are best friends who both dated Lucas, but now neither of them are more than friends with Lucas. That is the show in a nut shell. Sure, there are more subplots but this is the major part. So, in the season finale of season two, Dan has been terrorizing his family and friends as usual. He is sitting in his office of the car dealership drinking the alcohol that someone has apparently given him as thank you "for all he's done." Suddenly, Dan can't breathe and he finds drugs outlining the rim of the bottle he is drinking out of. The alcohol spills and then someone wearing all black enters the office and sets it on fire! I want to know who it is so bad, but I'll have to wait till next season. If you haven't been watching One Tree Hill, or you missed the season finale, make sure you check out Season Three.
