Serendipity: a fortunate accident!

In Serendipity John Cusack plays Johnathan Traeger, a man who has everything that you could get from life: a beautiful Fiance and a great job. Until one Chritmas while shopping for a gift for his Fiance, he bumps into a mysterious and wonderful woman called Sara (Kate Bekinsale). They hang out for a few hours, Sara introducing Johnathan to the wonders of believing in fate and destiny! In these few hours Sara and Johnathan fall deeply in love with eachother. But two problems stand in their way: they are both attached and the signs of destiny. While Johnathan couldn't care less about fate, Sara won't make a move unless the signs say it's okay! So they both spend the afternoon testing the waters of fate, to see if their relationship together would last. Until they get split up... What to do? Only go back to their previous lives and try to forget eachother. Although it's not that easy! Sara and Johnathan spend years apart, not being able to forget eachother! So now they feel that they were meant to be together! They will both now spend a good deal of time trying to find eachother again.......... John Cusack on top form as always, funny, witty, just John Cusack! Kate Bekinsale ruins most of the film. Not many people care whether they both end up together again. Meg Ryan would have been better as the part of Sara! Buy it, and you too will soon believe in the powers of fate and destiny!!
