HomelessnessRelated ArticlesMany people, throughout the world, are homeless especially young children. Their parents may have passed away and these children are sent to orphanage homes. Some escape, and end up without a home. It is heartbreaking to see people dressed in ragged, shabby clothes, wearing filthy gloves; digging their way through the reeking garbage. It brings great melancholy, when they ask strangers on the street for money, due to starvation.
It is extremely cold outside and they wear everything they own. Which are about two light sweaters and a light, dirty winter coat. Many of these homeless people get sick and die. Each day, they suffer by getting frostbite and pneumonia. Children cry because of fear and loneliness. Older people become mentally sick and begin making unpleasant conversations with themselves. There is a famous saying. Which is, “home is where the heart is”. Meaning, when one is a lone, cold, and hungry, this person yearns to go home. Their hearts burn with the desire to go home, curl up in a warm blanket, and drink a hot cup of hot chocolate to warm their souls. By being homeless, there is a greater risk at being in danger of dying, than anything else. When dying or in the hospital, there is not one person by their side to comfort them and to feel their pain in their aching hearts. Everything around them is a blur. A gust of wind brushes past them, and the light is so dim, it is hard to see. Their bodies are burning into ashes starting from the very top of their head from where their hair grows so that they cannot feel the horrible agony. It is difficult to decipher the words and feelings that are circling around their bleeding hearts. Thrown into the furnace, without any loved ones. There was not one person who cared about these people. There was not one penny for a funeral, casket, or tombstone. The only choice left, was to burn these rotting corpses. This is all a result of being homeless. There are some possible solutions so this will never happen. Usually, children become frightened if their parents pass away, due to a car accident or plane crash. Before sending the child to an orphanage home, the child should talk to another family member. Or, if they are deceased as well, they should talk to someone else they trust. By doing this, they will not escape the home and will not be homeless for the rest of their lives. Older people must apply for a job. Or, if mentally deranged, they must go to the hospital and seek help. Many people are tenderhearted and would help the homeless with great pleasure. When homeless too long, they begin to forget all of the things that they used to have, and all the warmness they had felt. The best solution is, to try all of the possible things to prevent being homeless and something might work. If done quickly, one would not be thrown into the furnace and will have a much joyous and pleasant life. |
