A classic love taleRelated ArticlesI will take this time to tell you a story about a friend of mine who had a hard time with an important person in her life. She was only 14 at the time but it hurt her so much.
Sarah loved to sing anytime she could, at home or even in the stupid little band we all had together. I guess she cut it lucky when I got her a part in a show she dreamed of being in but also not so lucky when she met Sean. Don't get me wrong he seamed like a nice lad at first but so do the rest of them (well not all the lads). At first it was just the case of her flirting with him but he didn't seem all that interested until he saw what a wreck she was after the death of her last grandparent (god rest his soul). He started to take advantage of her flirtyness, and because she thought he was being serious she asked him out, and he said yes. It was going good at first, we had double dates (yes I have a long term boyfriend), they had normal dates then after about 3 to 4 months she told me she loved him, and I remember exactly what happened after that. He had been hitting her bad then saying he would never do it again and he had herd what she had said so he walked into the room dragged her out with her hair while I was trying to stop him but he was to strong for me. Sean got her back to his house and repeatedly hitting her head against the door, which put her in a coma. A week later my mum came into my room and told me that because of the constant bleeding in her head it caused her to die. Sean was sentenced with manslaughter and was put into prison for 4 years and 27 days. Sean now has 3 years left in prison.
I think that after going through an experience like that (and not a nice one) I've learnt to choose the people I meet more carefully. One more thing, think that you're lucky that you hopefully wouldn't have to go through anything like that.
Keep your friends close but your friend's boyfriends even closer. (Hope I have not offended any boys reading coz you're not all like that)
